ClearFlo Service Terms

These Terms apply to quotes, bookings, and services provided by ClearFlo, doing business as ClearFlo (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your accepted quote or written service agreement describes the specific work. If it conflicts with these Terms, the accepted quote or service agreement controls for that work, subject to applicable law.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information available when prepared, including property details and the requested scope.
A price displayed through our website is a fixed price for the stated scope when shown as an instant quote, or an estimate subject to confirmation when marked for operator review. Quotes remain valid for the period shown at booking unless otherwise stated.
If actual conditions differ materially from the information provided, we will explain any proposed change to the scope or price and obtain your approval before performing additional chargeable work.
Booking and scheduling
A booking request becomes confirmed when we assign your job and confirm one of your preferred arrival windows (or another time we agree with you).
Appointment times are arrival windows, not guaranteed start times. Weather, unsafe conditions, access problems, or other operational issues may require rescheduling. We will communicate changes as promptly as reasonably possible.
Customer responsibilities
You must have authority to authorize work at the property and provide accurate information about the requested services.
Before the appointment, please:
- Provide safe access to the agreed work areas.
- Secure pets and disclose known hazards or relevant property conditions.
- Complete any preparation described in your quote or confirmation.
- Make agreed utilities or facilities available, if required for the work.
Tell us about delicate surfaces, existing damage, restricted areas, or other conditions that could affect the service.
Scope and changes
We will perform the work described in your accepted quote or service agreement. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.
We may pause or decline work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully. If that happens, we will explain the issue and any available next steps. Charges for completed work or an unsuccessful visit are governed by the terms disclosed before booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at support@goclearflo.com or .

If we cancel and cannot agree on a replacement appointment, we will refund amounts paid for services we have not provided, subject to applicable law.
Payments

We accept card payments through Stripe. Applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed with the price.

Service concerns and damage

Contractors

Keephall booking software
We use Keephall to support quoting, booking, and coordination. Your agreement for home services is with ClearFlo. Questions about service performance, pricing, cancellations, or refunds should be directed to us.
Privacy and communications
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may contact you about your quote, appointment, payment, or service through the contact details you provide. Any marketing consent is requested separately where required.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], subject to mandatory consumer protections.
